Digital Product Manager, Accenture’s Talent Innovation Lab
Daniella graduated from NYU Tandon with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Mathematics. She works as a Digital Product Manager in Accenture’s Talent Innovation Lab, a creative team within HR focused on improving employees’ experience. Prior to Accenture, Daniella worked with several startups and innovation teams in product design, engineering, and business operations roles. These include designing and engineering the Mercado wrestling headgear that helps protect competitors from head and facial injuries. Daniella’s passions include travel, dance, and music. While a student at NYU Poly, she was the president of the TRIO student board, helping to create a range of learning and volunteering activities for TRIP students, President of the NYU Poly Open IDEO student chapter which among other things helped bring Poly's Greenhouse to life, and an active member of NSBE, SWE, and other engineering and student societies and chapters. She intends to leverage her experience and skills to help create and sustain a range of programs, benefits and services so appealing that alumni will seek to remain engaged with NYU Tandon and each other. Her hope is that through meaningful worldwide engagements and communication the alumni association will manage to create awareness, volunteer involvement, pride, active participation and philanthropic commitment to NYU Tandon.
